Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption strategies across quantum, AI, and blockchain domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in tech ecosystems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build and manage a $2M annual innovation lab budget
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $1M annually
