Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, AI ethics)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Oversee R&D initiatives and partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech talks, and knowledge sharing
- Manage technology portfolio allocation and ROI optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or advanced robotics
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management preferred
- Experience with federal tech grant programs (SBIR/STTR) a plus
