Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching next-gen products and services
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate tech disruption trends
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling tech visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching futuristic technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term horizon scanning
