Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present future tech visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading disruptive projects in AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or equivalent strategic planning methodology
