Responsibilities

- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum encryption
- Represent the company at global tech summits on future-tech policy and standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum, AR, AI)
- Proven track record launching products at the intersection of biotech and AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on human-machine interaction
- Fluency in Web3 protocols and decentralized identity systems
