Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 10x efficiency improvements
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present tech visions to C-suite executives and investor boards securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused technical and strategic skills
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or spatial computing
- Executive-level communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or patents in future technology domains (2019-2023)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D portfolios
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
