Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum applications, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present tech vision to C-suite and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and decentralized systems
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling futuristic solutions (quantum, AGI, bio-digital convergence)
- Deep expertise in future forecasting frameworks (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Global network connections with tech councils and innovation labs
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Architecture (STA) preferred
