You will work closely with C-suite executives and R&D teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologiesāranging from advanced AI and machine learning to sustainable tech solutionsāinto our core business model.
Responsibilities
- Technology Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our 2026 business objectives, identifying high-impact emerging tech trends.
- Innovation Management: Lead the discovery and evaluation process for new technologies, conducting feasibility studies and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for potential integration.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technology initiatives with broader corporate goals and financial targets.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee partnerships with external tech incubators and research institutions to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech shifts and competitor advancements to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Implementation Oversight: Guide the technical implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or product management within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Quantum Computing) and their practical business applications.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
