Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning R&D, security, and user experience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends (experience with 2020-2025 roadmap a plus)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, Web3, IoT, or quantum computing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
