Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year tech strategy with measurable KPIs for 2026 market leadership
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized AI systems
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision requirements into actionable development roadmaps
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech verticals (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech strategy implementations
