- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision and actionable 18-month milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact on revenue and market position
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market analysis and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong financial acumen to evaluate ROI for long-term tech investments
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategist cert) preferred
- Experience in scaling tech initiatives within Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
