Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the 2026 technology vision roadmap
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into core business strategy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position InnovateTomorrow as an industry disruptor
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies, measuring ROI and scalability potential
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global tech leaders, research institutions, and startups
- Develop KPI frameworks to track progress against 2026 innovation milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services with >$50M revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, MIT) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing cross-continental teams and international partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year tech strategy implementations
