Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with competitive advantage potential
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior researchers in technology foresight methodologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record delivering Fortune 500 technology transformation programs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent industry whitepapers
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience securing SBIR grants or corporate venture funding
