Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical AI systems.
- Oversee the R&D roadmap for emerging technologies, aligning with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize algorithmic efficiency using quantum hardware.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with specific exposure to quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
