Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design scalable and robust infrastructures capable of supporting the rapid advancements in AI and quantum computing anticipated by 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects exploring emerging technologies, including neural interfaces, autonomous agents, and edge computing protocols.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a clear technological vision for the company, ensuring alignment with global tech trends and industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Pilot Implementation: Oversee the development and deployment of prototype technologies, testing them in controlled environments before full-scale rollout.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and protocols to ensure responsible development and deployment of advanced AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed systems.
- Future Tech Acumen: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging fields such as quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or advanced IoT.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
