Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Innovation Engineering: Lead the pilot programs for emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Architecture Oversight: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that can adapt to 2026 standards.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to identify opportunities for disruption.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and agility.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Skills: Proven experience with AI/ML integration, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional communication skills.
