Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for Nexus Horizon, focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Technology Pioneering: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum algorithms, into our product ecosystem.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and external partners to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives and hackathons to explore speculative technologies and validate new concepts.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee technical debt management, code quality, and agile delivery processes to ensure robust product launches.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern development practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align technical strategy with business objectives and market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
