Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business goals.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, Neural Networks, Predictive Analytics) into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Predict industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Nexus Horizon at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable products in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
