Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of next-gen AI models and robotic frameworks.
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct high-level research to identify emerging trends in Machine Learning and Neural Engineering.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex concepts into deployable solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and real-time performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or Robotics.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI principles.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and edge computing devices.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
