Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for Nexus Horizon’s 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling quantum-classical hybrid workloads.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks into core product infrastructure.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our research division to prototype and validate next-generation algorithms, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical reviews to ensure code quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders, investors, and non-technical team members.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Go; demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Proven track record of working with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI ethics guidelines.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and adopt emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing basics, Edge AI) quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading technical discussions and writing high-level technical documentation.
