Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends that provide competitive advantages.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research and pilot programs in Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Algorithms.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performance teams, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders and drive alignment between product, engineering, and executive leadership.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Architect scalable systems capable of handling the demands of next-generation data processing and AI integration.
- Ethical Tech Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage and ethical data governance to ensure sustainable technology growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Strategic Technology Leadership, with a focus on emerging tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning models, Neural Networks, and the potential of Quantum Computing architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and lead technology transformations within a large-scale organization.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and rapid prototyping environments.
