Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with our vision for 2026, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Advanced Robotics) to determine their potential impact.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the architectural design of systems that are future-proof, secure, and capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies and DevOps practices to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying trends early and successfully integrating them into business operations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
