Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and automation technologies, aligning with the company’s vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures that support advanced machine learning models and real-time data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Innovation Labs: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot programs for emerging technologies, such as generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and executive teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all technical implementations adhere to industry standards, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale technical teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing complex, distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, drive projects to completion, and navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
