Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and deployment of AI agents and autonomous systems designed for the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Oversee the migration of legacy workflows to next-generation cloud infrastructure and edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into core business processes.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for "2026 Readiness" across all engineering departments.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neural Networks.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in AI/ML and automation.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven experience leading high-performance technical teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Familiarity with futuristic tech stacks, including WebAssembly and distributed ledger technologies.
