Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable infrastructure for anticipatory AI systems and next-gen web applications.
- R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for future technologies, evaluating emerging tools like Quantum Computing and Neural Networks.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements and ensure high availability of core platforms serving millions of users.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable features.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security standards to protect proprietary data and user privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP); familiarity with Quantum Computing frameworks.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Predictive Analytics.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions in fast-paced, experimental environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
