Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI systems targeting 2026 standards.
- Oversee the integration of Web3 protocols and decentralized identity management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype immersive 3D web experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure system security and performance optimization.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML or Full Stack Development.
- Deep understanding of Python, Rust, and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and neural network optimization.
- Proven track record of shipping complex products to market in high-growth environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
