- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with long-term business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum-ready architectures) in production environments.
- Establish technical standards, code quality metrics, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Mentor junior and senior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of 2026-era trends, including Large Language Models, autonomous agents, and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
