Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy and roadmap specifically targeting the capabilities required by the year 2026.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence integration, blockchain/Web3 applications, and quantum computing interfaces.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable, deployable technical architectures.
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their potential impact on our business model and competitive landscape.
- Oversee the implementation of scalable infrastructure that supports rapid growth and innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical visions to C-level executives and stakeholders to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations and implementing future-forward solutions.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML models, blockchain technology, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is essential.
