Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams and projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks
- Strong background in venture capital or tech startups
- Certified in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
