Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Spatial Computing) to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure architectural integrity and scalability of all new systems.
- Drive innovation culture within the engineering department through hackathons and research initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives and delivering results on time.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
