Qualifications

- 8+ years in R&D or technology strategy with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching at least two commercialized tech innovations
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
