Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives targeting carbon-negative tech solutions and decentralized autonomous systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital transformation strategies
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets with agile methodologies and KPI-driven frameworks
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging fields like neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Secure strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling ventures from prototype to $100M+ ARR
- Certified in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) and AI Governance frameworks
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-disrupting technologies launched since 2020
