Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for next-gen technology adoption (2026-2030)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping quantum-resistant systems
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AGI, biotech fusion, neural interfaces)
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present disruptive tech frameworks to C-suite and venture partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous system deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable energy systems
- Proven track record of scaling R&D projects to commercial viability
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (e.g., IEEE 7000)
