Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures for next-generation applications.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Quantum Algorithms and Advanced Neural Networks.
- Define Roadmaps: Create and communicate a clear technical vision and roadmap aligned with the Class of 2026 strategic goals.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate futuristic tech stacks into production environments.
- Mentor Leadership: Guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Technical Due Diligence: Conduct deep dives into new technologies to assess feasibility and impact on our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with demonstrated experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Innovation Mindset: A proven track record of driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think several years into the future and align technical decisions with long-term business objectives.
