Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for futuristic technologies relevant to the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems and autonomous workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers to identify emerging tech trends and integrate them into our core platform.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on best practices for quantum-ready algorithms and neural networks.
- Conduct feasibility studies for high-risk, high-reward technological experiments.
- Establish a framework for evaluating new tech stacks that aligns with 2026 sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI or Future Tech leadership.
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
