Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term tech vision with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to determine strategic fit for Nexus Horizon.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle future market demands and data loads.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate innovative solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical leadership in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software architecture, system design, or strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully implementing futuristic solutions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
