Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural strategy to support our vision for the year 2026 and beyond, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect AI-Native Systems: Design robust, distributed systems capable of handling high-volume data streams and complex algorithmic computations.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the research and integration of quantum computing protocols into legacy and new software ecosystems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product management teams.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance to drive efficiency improvements and reduce latency in real-time processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of delivering scalable, production-ready software solutions.
