Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating advanced AI models.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic computing and quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate high-level concepts into technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance for high-load environments.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI libraries and frameworks to accelerate development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or AI Research.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning lifecycles, large language models (LLMs), and neural network optimization.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
