Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technical vision and long-term strategy for our product suite leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Prototype Next-Gen Tech: Research, prototype, and implement bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., AGI integration, Quantum-ready infrastructures) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead System Modernization: Spearhead the migration of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures that support rapid growth.
- Drive Innovation: Champion the adoption of new tools and methodologies that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Outlook: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt systems accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
