- Prototype Development: Build high-fidelity prototypes for experimental technologies, moving concepts from whiteboard to viable code.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the C-suite to define long-term technical roadmaps and budget allocations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to predict and implement future tech trends (e.g., Web3, AI Agents).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
