Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies like Quantum AI and Edge Computing.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to ensure data privacy and system integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Proficiency: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
