Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative, aligning it with business objectives.
- Lead the design and architecture of next-generation systems, focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and engineering, to drive innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their feasibility for integration into our core infrastructure.
- Oversee the technical strategy for scalability, security, and performance in future-proof environments.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern development lifecycle practices.
