Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, futuristic technology stacks aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Autonomous Systems.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate systems into a cohesive, high-performance ecosystem that supports rapid scaling.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement high-performance solutions to ensure zero downtime.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years leading large-scale engineering teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; strong familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Tech Skills: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Edge Computing, or Blockchain technology is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
