Responsibilities
- Design and architect high-level system solutions for AI-driven platforms targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Integrate quantum algorithms into classical machine learning workflows to optimize performance.
- Lead the technical strategy for next-gen cloud infrastructure and edge computing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Synthetic Data) and evaluate their feasibility for Aether Systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong ability to translate abstract concepts into scalable, maintainable code.
