Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance distributed systems tailored for quantum-ready environments.
- Lead the R&D team in prototyping and validating emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neuro-interfaces.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards that align with the company's 2026 vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure security best practices are integrated into the core infrastructure.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with bleeding-edge technology adoption.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Distributed Systems or Quantum Information Science.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Rust, Go, Python, or Haskell.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at scale, including Large Language Models (LLMs) or predictive algorithms.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of cryptography and blockchain technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, experimental environments.
