Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in research and development of cutting-edge algorithms and neural architectures.
- Define technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives to ensure scalability and resilience in future-proof environments.
- Collaborate with ethicists and security experts to implement robust AI governance frameworks.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to decentralized, quantum-resistant networks.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with specific focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their practical application in cloud environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
