Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-availability system architectures aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Tech Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum) and integrate them into our core development lifecycle.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance across all projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product managers.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Continuously optimize cloud infrastructure to reduce latency, improve cost-efficiency, and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Lead Engineer role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion on time.
