Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical execution for our future-facing AI and quantum initiatives.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure for emerging technologies including generative AI and spatial computing.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Predictive Analysis: Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-level executives and investors.
- Prototype & Iterate: Spearhead the development of proof-of-concept prototypes for futuristic technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI or Future Tech.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks; experience with cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Strong aptitude for learning and adapting to rapidly evolving technologies and paradigms.
