Responsibilities
- Architect and design the technical vision for the '2026 Initiative,' ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Edge Computing, and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, high-quality code.
- Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and architectural reviews to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go, or TypeScript).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment, MLOps, and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
