Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting multi-modal learning and autonomous decision-making processes.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for our upcoming platform releases, anticipating shifts in AI paradigms such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, security experts, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing workflows.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor system architecture to ensure low latency, high throughput, and robust fault tolerance in distributed environments.
- Future-Proofing: Research and prototype emerging technologies to keep Quantum Horizon Labs ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Apache Spark.
- Cloud Proficiency: Proven track record designing systems on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
